The base rate is about $2,900 per person. After taxes and fees, the total cost will land closer to $3,400. This payment is all-inclusive; covering your lodging, 3 meals a day, and most ranch activities.

Other costs to keep in mind:

• Travel to and from Wyoming

• Drinks purchased at the Saloon

• Cowboy boots (The ranch has a loaner stash, but bringing your own is encouraged)

• Riding helmet (optional but highly recommended)

We will put you in touch with the ranch directly to handle all payments. 35% of the base rate is due at the end of November, 2025. The remainder will be due at the end of your stay in 2026. Should unforeseen circumstances arise and you have to cancel, your deposit is completely refundable up to 90 days before the week begins.

No. Paradise Guest Ranch operates on a weekly billing cycle. Selective day rates and/or other alternative billing options are not offered.

Yes! We totally understand that spending the whole week at the ranch is a big commitment. If you’d still like to attend the ceremony, you’re more than welcome to stay offsite in the nearby town of Buffalo, WY. This old western town has a wide range of accommodations and is a quick 30 minute drive from the ranch.

P.S. The drive from Buffalo to Yellowstone National Park is gorgeous if you're looking to turn a quick trip into a bigger adventure.

Of course! While we don't expect everyone to attend both events, you're certainly invited to do so!

Nope! The ranch does a great job of matching horses and rides to your level of experience. Rides range from beginner walk rides to all-day loping adventures!

Think national park lodge meets elevated summer camp. Accommodations range from cozy one bedroom bungalows to spacious four bedroom chalets. Every cabin is equipped with at least one bathroom, a kitchenette, and a shared common space. We will assign your cabin once we have final numbers and will ensure you'll be living with close friends and family :)

The dining hall rests at the center of the ranch. Here you can enjoy three meals a day with your fellow guests. Mosts meals are served in buffet fashion complete with tasty deserts, but there is also a gourmet night with specially plated servings. The ranch is happy to accommodate any allergies or dietary restrictions.

We've submitted a $100 holding fee on your behalf, so you are now guaranteed a spot!

The ranch can accommodate up to 70 guests per week. We will be sharing the ranch with other guests so don't be afraid to make new friends!

The Nydick family first attended Paradise Guest Ranch in 2004 and were instantly hooked. Going to Paradise was (and still is) the highlight of the year for Erin and her family. When they invited Canon along 5 years ago he fell in love with it just as quickly. Erin started working on the crew in 2020, and by 2022, Canon was working right beside her as the ranch photographer.
